5.1 inch 240x128 Graphic LCD Module is a 5.1 inch monochrome, 240×128 dot matrix, COB (chip on board) graphic LCD module. In FSTN positive display LCD mode wide temperature range (operating temperature: -20°C to 70°C, storage temperature: -30°C to 80°C), with white LED backlight, the overall display effect is white background gray character. It has a six o'clock viewing direction and a semi-transparent reverse polarizer, recommended for indoor and outdoor applications. This product has negative voltage and is assembled on board chip with 1/128 Duty and controller IC RA8803 or equivalent. The interface type is parallel. This is a ROHS compliant product manufactured in accordance with ISO standards and procedures.
