Xinhongtai HOTLCD has added a new fast transient pulse group tester (EFT), which is a good assistant for reliability testing.

Our company has purchased a new Electrical Fast Transient Pulse Group Tester (EFT), and a good assistant has been added to the reliability test project. Electrical fast transient pulse group tester can test whether the product meets the technical requirements of IEC61000-4-4 GB/T17626.4.

The point fast transient pulse group anti-jamming experiment aims at verifying the anti-jamming ability of the instantaneous disturbance caused by lightning, grounding fault or switching inductance load. This experiment is a kind of pulse group experiment which is composed of many fast transient pulses coupled to power supply lines, control lines and signal lines.

Major sources of electromagnetic disturbance in electronic and electrical products

Switching circuit of switching power supply for equipment: the main frequency of disturbance source is tens of kHz to more than 100 kHz, and the high-order harmonics can extend to tens of MHz.

Rectifier circuit of DC power supply for equipment: the upper limit of power frequency rectifier noise frequency can be extended to hundreds of kHz; the upper limit of high frequency rectifier noise frequency can be extended to tens of MHz.

Brush noise of DC motor for electric equipment: The upper limit of noise frequency can be extended to hundreds of MHz.

Operating noise of AC motor for electric equipment: High harmonics can extend to tens of MHz.

Disturbance Emission from Frequency Converter Circuit: Disturbance Source Frequency from Dozens of kHz to Dozens of MHz

Switching noise for switching equipment operation status: The upper limit of noise frequency can be extended to hundreds of MHz.
